Take a ride on the SPOOKY TROLLEY each Saturday throughout October. The Spooky Trolley can be found driving on the Cultural Loop in Downtown Erie each Saturday for FREE! The Spooky Trolly may appear on other routes Monday-Friday where regular fare rates apply.
